his is, by far, the best carpet cleaner I've used over the years. I have dogs and although I try to keep the mucky paws away from the carpets, there is always a bit of grub that ends up on the carpets and rugs. This is so easy to set up and use and does an excellent job, whether it's just a refresh clean or a deep clean. Cleaning it down after use couldn't be easier, is simple to take apart and reassemble. I love this carpet cleaner and would recommend it.

We replaced our previous VAX which kept clogging with pet fur. The Bissell is a lot easier to setup, get ready and use compared to our previous machine. Cleaning performance is pretty similar but the ease and convenience of the Bissell puts it above the competition for our needs.
