I love this new Bissell. We have found that although the model is a little heavier than my previous one, the hand held tool has been a fantastic addition. We have managed to clean all the seats and carpets in the car, wow, what a difference. All the sand from the beach is finally gone. This is going to be a much used and much loved household item. With a family of 6, it's a must have.
