We have two dogs and hardwood flooring throughout the home and it's all on one level. I bought this just before Christmas and it's been one of the best cleaner …… ever. I would happily buy it again. The only downside for me is I find it a little bit heavy. However, the results make it worthwhile.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone with wood floors and children. The floors dry very quickly after using this and the time it takes to rinse the cartridge and roller is so minuscule compared to hoovering and mopping separately. The design is very intuitive and the Crosswave itself is actually really stylish. I chose this over the Tineco because it has a Hepa filter to help with my daughter's allergies, and I this one is double as powerful as the cordless one with a longer use time.

We have a busy house of seven, plus three dogs. I'm one of those who hates housework but even I clean my floors about every three days because of how easy it is to do now. I love seeing the dirt in the container, better in there than on the floor. It's easy to clean and I've talked about the Crosswave to my friends.
