This is the best thing I have ever used, got rid of an old coffee stain when nothing else worked. I have 2 dogs who shed a lot of fur, it didn't get blocked once. Fantastic tennology!

We used this machine to clean the upholstery on our two large armchairs. The Pet Pro was easy to use and the chairs now look as good as new. We would thoroughly recommend the machine. With two cats and one dog I expect it will not be long before it is called upon to spot clean one of the carpets,, but for once I am not concerned as the Pet Pro does the job efficiently and easily.

This new machine is so easy to use and clean....I had the corded model previously. This model performs well and the charge is sufficient to clean my entire ground floor (just) which is all tiles and approx 130sq metres...pretty impressive! It is so much better and easier to use than the corded version...it has made keeping my floors clean & hygienic a breeze.

You see the videos online of carpets changing colour with one stroke of the carpet cleaner and think ' yeah right. I have a busy house but like a fool chose light carpet. I'd had a leading other brand for years but I was struggling with its performance. I chose the Pet Pro and followed the instructions. I could not believe how much the carpet changed colour just like those videos I had doubted. I did the deep clean so used quite a lot of detergent so have bought more. Carpets are not overly damp after an hour and it certainly smells clean. Think I could get a little OCD with this now. I had also previously bought the hand held spot machine and can't fault this either.

Excellent product for pet stains as it has a specialised tool to collect the stain so does not go into the actual dirty water container or pipe. Really work a little noisy but needs to be because of how well it collects the dirty water
