Return Form

To return products purchased from BISSELL Direct, please complete the following steps:

1. Submit the form below. Our customer service team will respond with return authorization information.
2. Package the item(s) to be returned in the original BISSELL packaging.

Please note:

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Please allow 2-4 weeks for return processing.
• If within 14 days of purchase, you should find the same model currently advertised by an authorized BISSELL retailer at a lower price and you would like to request a price match please contact us here.
